At SUP MOJO, we want you to have the best shopping experience possible. That's why we've put together a friendly returns policy to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to read through it:

Timeframe: Our return policy lasts for a generous 7 days. If it's been a week since your purchase, don't worry, we're still here to help, but we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Swift Dispatch: We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible. All our products are dispatched within 2-4 business days from the date of sale.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet a few simple criteria: it should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We take great care in packaging your orders. The return freight is payable by the buyer. 

Non-Returnable Items: We regret that we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we kindly ask for a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is safely in our hands and inspected, we'll send you an email to let you know we've got your item back. We'll also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If you're approved, we'll process your refund, and you can expect the credit to be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 21 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received your refund yet, here are a few steps to follow:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; sometimes, it takes a bit of time for the refund to officially appear.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there might be some processing time involved.
  4. If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please get in touch with us at supmojo@bigpond.com, and we'll be happy to assist.

Sale Items (if applicable): We want you to enjoy great deals, but please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note that you'll be responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless you are using your own freight forwarder. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, so please keep that in mind.

If you're shipping an item valued at over $75, we recommend considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
